About the design

Screw takes its name from the base: a single block of stone cut in a twisting profile that carries a square top. The turn of the base reads differently from every side of the room, which is the point of the design; the top stays plain so the veining of the stone does the talking.

The standard stone is Calacatta Viola, white marble with violet and burgundy veining, quarried and cut in our own facility in Çiğli, Izmir. Burdur travertine, Volakas, Alexander Black and Akhisar beige are offered as alternatives, and any other stone in our range can be quoted. Every slab is different; ask for photos of the slabs in stock before we cut.

Top and base ship as two parts in a wooden export crate and are assembled in minutes. Other sizes are made to order.

How we make it

Made to order, in three steps

We select the slab

A slab of the stone you chose is set aside for your order at our factory in Çiğli, Izmir. If you wish, we send you photos of the slab before it is cut.

Cutting and assembly

The slab is cut in our factory and the piece is finished in our furniture workshop. Surfaces are filled and polished.

Packing and shipping

The piece is crated for export and shipped to your address. Terms are on the International Orders page.

Frequently asked

Is this piece in stock, and how long does delivery take?

We do not hold finished stock; every piece is made to order. Production takes 2 to 6 weeks, usually 3 to 4, plus transit time to your country.

Can I choose a different stone?

Yes. The stone is decided together with you; you can ask for any stone in our range.

Can the dimensions be changed?

Yes. Write to us through the contact form with the sizes your room needs; we quote the price and lead time for that size.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Every slab of natural stone is different; the veining and color can differ from the photographed sample. If you wish, we send photos of the slabs in stock so you can choose yours before we cut.

How do I clean and care for it?

For daily cleaning a mild cleaner and a damp cloth are enough; avoid acidic and abrasive products and use a trivet under hot items. Details are on the Marble Care Guide page.

How is it delivered?
